  Unfortunately I have to give M&M carpets a 1 star rating, it would be a zero if I could give it. I asked for an in home estimate to lay around 1000 sq ft of carpet. Mike arrived earlier than expected which I was very pleased with so I wasn’t stuck waiting. He measured the flooring and said he would get back with me on the estimate. 2 days later I call to check on the quote because I had heard nothing back. Mike stated that they needed 15 minutes to finalize and I would get a call back. No call. The following day I called again to get the quote. Nothing in the system. The lady that answers the phone asked for my number so she could call Mike to get the quote and I would receive a call back. Still nothing. I am done with this POS company. Good luck if you want to use them for a job because you may never hear back from them.
